I wore a spiked metal cup before when I knew a girl wanted to kick me in the balls. As an emergency helper I have seen some deaths after testicular impact (not much), it takes a while before we're dead. Squeezing a mans balls is so painful its paralyzing and the man can't do anything if she is out of his reach or has him down where he can't hit her but if hes wearing pants its not the best choice cuz you might not get a good hold on his balls & he'll retaliate very quickly. Kicking with the knee is not always effective either cuz you have to hit his balls with the hard knee cap but if your legs goes too far thru his legs your soft thigh will hit his balls and not hurt at all. The best kick is with the foot or shin of your leg but you have to point your toes out when you kick so the whole top of your foot hits his balls & not the toes. This will put down any man and he won't even want to get up for quite some time, it takes "ALL" of the fight out of a man! Hurts like hell! Worst pain a man can ever feel. I've felt it 3 times myself & all I wanted was for the pain to go away.

Speaking as a man, I know your intuition might be to think that kick and run might be best, but it depends on the situation. In most cases, we ARE going to be a hell of a lot bigger and stronger than you - that's just biology - no matter what certain people insist. The thing is, a nut kick is a BIG gamble because IF you don't get them just right, it's just going to piss us off. Unlike what movies show you, we do not just fall down and clutch ourselves every time we take a shot to the nuts - in fact, I've been hit in the balls many times and NEVER fell down groaning like in the movies. Never. You also have to be aware that how loose a man's testicles are in his scrotum will play a factor here, as well as what clothing he's wearing. The warmer it is, the lower the balls will hang in the scrotum, and the colder it is, the tighter to the body they will be - and when they're already pressed right up against the body in tight jeans, they have nowhere else to go and you have less to grab on to, so in THAT case if you can manage a hard kick, it may be your best bet because a grab will likely fail. But you need to first have room to maneuver to GET the kick in in the first place - obviously, being grabbed from behind makes that hard, and this is what often happens - you're confronted in close quarters, suddenly, not from far away with plenty of room to swing around. So gage the situation. Now, if the man is wearing thin, loose-fitting pants that are clearly a light fabric and it's warm day, particularly in close quarters, squeezing is by far the preferred route. If you give him a knee or jab it MIGHT make us hestitate but when it's warm and they are hanging lower, they have more escape room but are ALSO easier to GRAB. Again, this is dependent on the situation and the distance, positioning, etc. But if you have a clear shot in that sort of scenario? Grab them and squeeze them with EVERY intent to pop them. Thing is, IF You grab them, you need to commit. Again, this isn't the movies. We don't just fall down and go oooooh with a quick squeeze. It might get you punched. You HAVE to be prepared to be in it for the long haul. If you kick, you NEED to run - but if you kick make SURE it's full force or you're just going to piss us off - even if it is, they might not get crushed against the body which is what does MOST of the damage in a kick, so pick your moment. If you grab, ladies, this may save your life so PLEASE listen to me on this - if you feel that you've gotten a good grip on them, and you SHOULD be going for a full grasp of one or both testicles - NOT the penis - that won't do shit - our penis can take a LOT more punishment - you NEED to do it until he is unable to fight back and you NEED to not hold back even slightly or you could be overpowered and beaten to death. This is your life on the line. His balls are YOURS the moment he puts you in the situation that you need to grab them. You HAVE the right to destroy them and you should. I know, your natural instinct is to be tender or hestitate about hurting that part but IF you let go, that might give him the opportunity he needs to recover. TRUST me on this when I say our brain stops working when you REALLY have a good grip and squeeze full force. Even when my wife does it playfully, I can't even think to move my arms to push her away - I just plead for her to let go - it's just automatic that we become very docile if you have a lock on them and are doing damage - the pain and fear of losing them overwhelms any fight response in 99% of men. A KICK won't do that. But again, IF you grab, do not let go if you're in that bad of a situation that you need to squeeze them like that. If you're IN that situation it's likely life, death or rape - so if you've managed to get a good grip on them, do NOT HESITATE to crush them until they burst. I am not just saying this - the human testicle can take upwards of 230 pounds of force before it ruptures - so BELIEVE me you can squeeze HARD and possibly not destroy them - but if you dig your nails into one AS you squeeze and you PULL as the same time toward the ground, he's going to sink to his knees and FOLLOW you down. Dig your nails in, squeeze with EVERY ounce of strength you possibly can and ACTUALLY TRY to make them pop - TRY to crush them - that is your goal in this scenario. Yeah, you MIGHT do him lifelong harm - you might also DIE if you don't - so you have the right IN THIS INSTANCE to castrate him , IF Your life is in danger or you are being raped. It will hold up in a court of law. It absolutely will. He signed his nuts away to you the moment he came at you. So take them, if you have the chance. If you let go, you had better RUN and hope he's not going to catch you - because after what you did, he's going to kill you. That's why I say do not let go - pop those nuts if you at all can. Don't underestimate how much damage a woman squeezing full force and digging her nails into a testicle through thin pants can do. And how incapacitating it is. NOW, thing is, you may be in a situation where you can't kick and you cannot use your hands - sometimes a man will pin you with his legs straddling your upper body.
