THIS IS AWESOME!!! thank you so much! Everyday between work and cleaning my house and stuff I am trying to learn self defense! It is so amazing that I can do it at home and practice with my boyfriend and feel in control. I know bad things happen all the time and even though you can never truly be ready, I feel a lot more confident now. There are no self defense courses near me but that will not stop me from learning!

Getting away is the safest option. But if you kill him, then he cannot get another girl.

And you can also go to prison if you kill him where you'll have to fight off attackers 24/7. Whoops.

I asked my husband ( who took karate for 17yrs) about defending myself and suggested this. I love your videos, very helpful, but I'm guessing there is nothing you can do when you have a baby with you. any help with this? and if so thanks I advance. every video I watch gives me more confidence because I am a tiny woman. thank you for all your videos and help.

@alejandroromero64648 жыл бұрын
ProVida Maria if he has already mounted you plant your feet on the ground and buck your hip up (like in a back planck position) and roll over him to strike him or away from him to escape.

Watch some bjj video, this is called trap and roll, and is a white belt technique. Nothing special, except this works for real against non-cooperative opponents, who don't know shit about BJJ, I intend.

hello I am a fan of your KZbin channel I was wondering are you going to make a video about women attacking other women because I noticed that you always make videos about men attacking women but I noticed usually a woman will get in a fight with another woman or be attacked by another woman. so can you address that more in your videos
