Im not a fancy fighter but 30yrs in North philly and 7fights or more experience. Dont be scared. Stay calm. Dont get thrown down. Have your hair braided up. Sports bra a must. Grip a body part. Head, neck, hair and death grip it. Just keep swinging. Dont ball up ur fist with your thumb inside or you will break it. Pick a target. Keep hitting it.

Don't push yourself away if she's holding your hair because she can control you. Do opposite and come closer to her,grab her head and punch with knees in head

definitely don’t move away. that gives her more power towards you, plus she’ll probably just rip your hair out. i suggest if you’re going to fight someone to have your hair back anyway, but try and pry her grip and kick her in the stomach

I’m 13 and I’ve been in fights many times, I won most of them but always got detention 😂 but tomorrow I’m going to fight a boy that is a reaaaallly good fighter :P one if my favorite dodging technique is when they are about to kick me, I grab their foot and throw them on their back so I can get down and punch em in the face 😂 I have good fighting experience because when I was younger I didnt really have a caring sister and she used to beat me the hell up so I started practicing karate to beat her ass. I’ll update how my fight went !

Pillow Tan I suggest that you have your hair in a bun so it will be more harder for her to grab your hair, and if she does try to kick her with your knee so she will possibly loose the grip and then you can go and try to get her down. Nobody won in the fight because it was outside of the school and a teacher saw and split us :/ but I managed to get him down

Your videos are really great. I know they are meant to teach women defense techniques but I'm a guy and have learned a lot from you. Your balance and footwork make you look like a very tough opponent too..... when shes pullin your hair DO NOT go away from her/try to back off bc its gonna hurt even more. instead just follow her and try to be as close as her so it wont hurt. and while shes pulling punch her with your knee in her face. when u on the ground u fucked up lol 💀
