"naturally" being the key word here
@CursedWheelieBinАй бұрын
This video is overflowing with cynicism and lies to the point I was actually laughing at how blatant it is. Is there anybody left out there who actually believes this actor isn’t taking steroids? 😂 They’re throwing so many red herrings like “beef gelatin gummies” and “bone broth” because some muppet will convince themselves THAT’s somehow the missing ingredient that’s stopping them looking like a superhero
@jamesbest9806Ай бұрын
@@CursedWheelieBin Whether he did it naturally or not, no one will know. And yes, the majority of actors who get superhero roles certainly take PEDs to get in shape. But in terms of his physique here, it’s actually pretty achievable naturally. He isn’t that big at all, he has a bit of size but he’s just really lean which is all down to a calorie deficit. Also, they specifically make note of saying here he wanted to do it naturally. Any actor who goes through a transformation, they pretty regularly avoid the topic of PEDs and don’t mention it. There is no reason for him here to mention it and lie about it when he could have just not brought it up. He has nothing to prove since he’s an actor, not a bodybuilder. And outright lying about it is only a risk for him to be exposed as a fake natty if he did actually take gear. So in my opinion, he did do this naturally, unlike a lot of the other typical actors you’d see make transformations.

For the people in the comments saying 40lbs of muscle in 6 months naturally is impossible… He says that’s what he asked for and was told it’s impossible. He never says he achieved it either, just that they tried their best with the time they had. So why the calls of “bullshit!”?
@michael-4k40008 күн бұрын
It's possible, anything is possible within reason. Are we pretending this actor didnt take any steroids? cause id like to stay here on planet earth while we talk. Is it possible to have a body like that without steroids, yes, but it's very very very difficult and would take much longer. Steroids ear not ALL bad, and I dont care if he uses them. What I do care is when people pretend they dont use them when they clearly do. Why does he need big muscles anyway, he's almost immortal. how are human muscles helping him be stronger? He obviously has super human strength, so it does not matter the size of his muscles. and out of curiosity, why r so many men watching this, is it a turn on to see these men build muscles mass?
@sladegrayson7 күн бұрын
@ Again, he didn’t say he added 40 lbs of muscle in 6 months. He said that’s what he asked for and they told him it was impossible. So they did what they could in the timeframe they had. Which…for a guy that wasn’t in bad shape to begin with, it is possible to build muscle and trim excess fat if you have six months of people prepping your meals and telling you when and what to eat, have someone else bringing you to the gym and telling you when to work out and what to do, and that’s your whole life for six months. Add CGI, creative body makeup, and stunt doubles to the movie budget and you can look even better (see Hugh Jackman’s recent Wolverine physique, which to me looked like lots of makeup, green screen, and costume padding). As for why men watch these videos, I can’t speak for the others. Myself, I get bored every 3-4 months with doing the same exercise routine, so I try to switch things up and add in new stuff. Can’t afford a personal trainer, so I read magazine articles and watch vids of other peoples’ workouts for ideas.

It's totally achievalbe naturally but it's waaaaaaaaay easier to do when you're paid to do it and have a whole team preping everything for you. So you only have to do what you're told, spleep well, and clench your teeth during the hard work. Also as they say, they wil prep according to the scenes they have to shoot, you can drop under 10% body fat for a couple of days of shooting but maintain it is fucking hard if you're not on roids.

If you search his height and weight within previous roles, he's around 5ft 11 at 190 lbs. It's down at 200lbs for Kraven which is not 40lbs increase so the timing here is probably the lie but he was pretty trim for bullet train and such. It's believable that just cutting the fat down made him look "jacked" but it's in no way a massive change in his physicality from previous roles. It's confusing why celebrities feel the need to inflate their progression.

When you get paid to work out and have professional nutritionists preparing your meals every day, and you can dedicate hours of training a day - then you too can achieve your fitness goals. But for the most of us we have to work for a living, we have to afford groceries on salaries that barely pay for rent, and we have to pay to use gyms. Calisthenics is always free - but not if you’re looking for a 3-6 month transformation while still trying to maintaining a family of 2 toddlers and a 12 hour work day.

@axelstone3131Ай бұрын
@@swjr-br1kf you think most of the results Stallone has got is from steroids, or a good plan and diet? By the time of Rambo 3 Stallone had over 12/13 years of bodybuilding knowledge. Also, there’s no indication he ever took high doses, just as there’s no indication he ever “used” since the progress in his physique happens over years, year by year progress. Sure, he probably did take something, but also it’s important to keep in mind how far into his career Rambo 3 was. It came out in 1988. Also, keep in mind, Stallone has never had an health problems due to steroid related abuse, he’s also never had any tell tale signs of use, clear skin, heart issues, anger issues. He’s now 78 and also has no health issues. I know it’s easy to look at him and immediately think “steroids” but even if he used them it wasn’t high dosages, and it was probably safer compounds, primobolon, low dose anavar, maybe some testosterone. That’s probably it. If that.
