I disagree about the comic book aspects being a bad thing. I want to see that shit mixed in with the rest of what they did. I think he looks dope with the comic accurate look. That won't come until the end of the movie I bet, or at least like the last 20 mins or so. But I'm in. I'm gonna go see this in the theaters and see what's up. Might turn out to be good, you never know. I'll give every movie a chance. Even The Crow. I'm seeing that in the theater, too. Might be fire. Thanks for the reaction, boys! Cheers!

D23 is only for Disney properties, and the MCU panel was also just for the Disney owned MCU. This is a SONY Marvel property which has nothing to do with Disney. SONY and Disney made a deal so the Disney MCU could use the SONY owned Spider-Man, but they are not really officially connected unless they extend their deal. Disney is not going to promote SONY movies at events that are for their properties.
