KZ16 Episode 02 Everyman Challenge // King of the Hammers episode.
This episode of KrawlZone has been produced as a documentary that takes you behind the scenes of KrawlTek Racing to see Mr. KrawlZone himself as he steps into the Co-Pilot seat and competes in one of the hardest rock races in the country. This is extreme Rock Crawling and this off-road race is no joke.
Johnson Valley California is home to the Hammers and each year this empty lake bed turns into a tent town of several thousand off-road enthusiasts who come to watch as competitors race for the title of King of the Hammers.
Those with smaller budgets, like our off-road and rock crawling team KrawlTek Racing, compete in the Everyman Challenge, which takes on the same course in several classes, and as in the case of our team, in the stock modified class, only tackle the course once as opposed to the two laps the ultra4 buggy's tackle.
