They aren't super rare. Lots of sets produced and seem to appear second hand used in Japan very often. I think if you had a New-Old-Stock one or one brand new in box, that'd be pretty rare.

Not yet, some people have fit BMW spec ones on widebody FK8, but really hard to clear the brake on such a high offset with a wheel like this
