Kremlin Uses Occupied Ukrainian Territories for Corrupt Money Laundering

Despite Putin's promises of "massive investments in rebuilding" on the occupied Ukrainian territories, the money is disappearing into the pockets of Russian officials. With crumbling infrastructure and unpaid workers, the Kremlin continues to siphon funds, hypocritically using Ukrainians' sorrow as a pretext.
