You can't track a Mac address that's like tracking a phone number. They can use cell-site triangulation to get pretty close. Find if your phones not pinging a GPS location they're not going to find you. The police do not have the funds to buy the equipment and work with the cellular providers to get this kind of thing to be used in such a low use area

Anton is not able to join them. Because of the civil war in Eastern Ukraine... Anton (Russian citizen) is prohibited by law to visit Ukraine. Unless the Ukrainian government ends the war, Anton will never be able to go there .. that's the law unfortunately.

It may be in roentgen and not seivert for their dosimeter, it would make more sense with the values they're getting in those locations. 1 roentgen/h roughly equals 10 miliseivert/h.

No that's completely wrong the water actually just slows down the radiation that's also why it's necessary in a nuclear reactor cuz it will be moving too fast without the water to react with each other

That's almost right. The water in a western reactor is used to moderate the neutrons as well as cool the core. In the RBMK, graphite was the moderator and water was the coolant. It had more of a neutron absorbing effect than a moderating effect due to the lower concentration of fuel. That's why the reactor went nuts when the coolant went away and the reactor was still running.

It was a huge, ungodly complicated machine that even the designers didn't fully understand. I just gave the simplest explanation I could to give his understanding a nudge away from the wrong direction. I train apprentices in precision machining, so it's a habit. There's a ton of information on the reactor even just on KZbin, everything from shiny animations to MIT lectures. It's an interesting subject if you like that sort of thing.
