12:20 I discovered that door the hard way, I was omw to ardougne castle and had some spare raw food and saw that it had a stove and tried to cook my food on the way, I spent like 10 mins trying to get in 😅. Also once you are inside you can talk to the man there and it gives you three options to answer, but you can only chose once because if you talk to him again it doesn't let you pick any option anymore.

its understandable to use a plugin like the gp per hour. progress in osrs is mostly measured in money not stats or skills or 99s. money dictates weather you can or cannot do anything in this game regardless of stats

For the phoenix necklace to save you from the damage of Seren, you have to have your hp at a certain level right? Like you can’t just equip the phoenix necklace and eat a nightshade at 75 hp? Been struggling with this boss BUT I’m also trying to beat it with no overhead prayer.

yeah he did a pretty bad job explaining what the item actually does. You need to eat night shade/damage yourself to under 30% of your max HP for the necklace to proc

It is indeed real and can be obtained from a lot of crates, boxes and drawers across the game. Wiki team even put up a map with all the possible locations - oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/User:Cook_Me_Plox
