I haven't PvPed much in the last few expansions, but one of my prouder moments back in BC was during a WSG. I mained a feral druid Tauren back then. I was stealthed in the Alliance flag room with two two of them constantly dropping and picking up the flag. They couldn't place the flag because my team had their flag at our base. So as I'm watching them play hot potato with our flag for 30 seconds, I decide to make my move and snag the flag after one drops it. And boom, We're up 2-0! I immediately do /dance because I'm dead anyway, but that was a lot of fun.

Actually it is realy rare to have premade ru-group for random BG. They just listening eachother(thats help new players to do something usefull) and have they own plan. Also all this panic around "O no, it is Gorduni premade we gona lose" helping a lot. Git gut.
