Man, I've never heard of this guy, but I'm a huge fan of this interview. I swear on shows like Sean in the Wild, you have too many guests who are there, less to share their enjoyment of the dish with others, and more to show off and gatekeep the experience as so-called experts. Usually they always bar users from personal choice matters because "that's not how you're supposed to do it", and do a bunch of steps for the way you're supposed to. This guy just wants to show everyone his enjoyment of food from the country he grew up in, and does a great job of it. I really enjoyed how much he explained every part, from how to eat it, to how much each region differs in food due to differing weather.
