So basically the conclusion is do not celebrate Christmas coz it comes from pagan. It was the idols worshiping that was replace by Christmas. Yes the Christmas is related to the false idols. The tree decorating comes from Roman. It Does matter coz they replace God’s birth to the pagan holiday. I would not want my God’s thing to be connected to any god and goddesses celebration. If God wanted us to celebrate His birth then he would have given dates. If he didn’t give us that means he doesn’t want us to celebrate. He gave us his death time month and season. Coz he wanted us to celebrate his death. And basically it was pagan person who replaced his worshiping idols to worshiping God. So that means I can claim Jesus was born in Tihar and kinda add Tihar’s stuff to his birth. 😂 And it wasn’t someone who was there with Christ that claim the Christmas. It was someone who has no idea. So why are you celebrating something that wasn’t meant to celebrate as much as the death.

There is no Biblical truth that Christmas is written in the Bible Brother.
@birendrasubba7 күн бұрын
While the Bible does not mention the term “Christmas” specifically, it clearly records the birth of Jesus in Matthew 1:18-25 and Luke 2:1-20, which forms the foundation of the celebration. Christians celebrate Christmas to honor and reflect on the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Although the exact date of His birth is not given in the Bible, the celebration itself serves as a time to remember God’s gift of salvation. The Bible encourages us to celebrate and honor Christ in all things (Romans 14:5-6), and Christmas is one way believers choose to do that.

Is Christmas written in the Bible? If is it not written that is unbiblical, unbiblical is pagan religion so please kindly read the Bible proper…do not propaganda
@birendrasubba6 күн бұрын
Dear Friend, Thank you for your comment and concern. While it’s true that the Bible does not mention December 25 or command us to celebrate Christmas, the birth of Christ is central to Scripture. Luke 2:10-14 describes the angels rejoicing at Jesus’ birth, and the shepherds and wise men glorified Him (Luke 2:20, Matthew 2:1-12). Christians celebrate Christmas not as a pagan event but as a time to honor the incarnation of Christ, when God became man to save humanity (John 1:14). Historically, December 25 was chosen by the early church to focus on Christ rather than pagan festivals. This reflects a biblical principle of redeeming culture for God’s glory (Acts 17:22-31). The intent of Christmas is to proclaim the gospel, and Colossians 2:16 reminds us not to judge one another regarding festivals, as these are shadows pointing to Christ. Celebrating Christmas is about honoring the Savior, not participating in paganism. Ultimately, what matters is the heart and focus of worship. Christmas glorifies God when it centers on Jesus, the Light of the World (John 8:12). Let us use this season to share the good news of Christ’s birth with love and respect, uniting as believers in proclaiming His salvation (Philippians 1:18).

@ dear brother in Christ, I am so glad to see your reply and I thank you for that, whatever you quoted from the scripture that is true the birth of Christ is central to scripture,this is what one of the reason the jews people loose their Salvation because of their disobedience according to john 1:11 “He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him.” That’s why the Door of the Salvation open for us so we need to thank God how great is he. also true the angels appears singing and rejoicing and they glorified yo God at birth of Christ,we rejoicing too, this doesn’t mean that was Christmas. That was not Christmas that was Good news of salvation for all mankind. Lord Jesus didn’t command us to celebrating his birth But he said remember my death. And at the time of his ministry, his first words was “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”” According to Matthew 4:17, He didn’t say behold I am the Christ born for you so you celebrate my birth as Christmas he didn’t say like that, he don’t say anything, yes of course Bible says the redeemer born among you, that mean all of us believers non believers, our hearts rejoicing because Our Lord God redeemer Came down to redeem from our sinful nature. according to Luke 2:10-14, 2:20, Mathew 2:1-12, John 1:14, acts 17:22-31 by this scripture doesn’t mean that is Christmas my dear, Christmas celebrating not biblical. The Bible says “Your New Moons and your appointed feasts My soul hates; They are a trouble to Me, I am weary of bearing them.” Isaiah 1:14 NKJV This is what word of God teach us from his scripture “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.” Hosea 4:6 KJV Because of lack of knowledge we celebrating Christmas. 1) you quoted historically, dec 25 is not chosen by early church, you cannot found that, 25th Dec Christmas declaring by the king Constantine of Roman Empire 336 A.D. he was not Christian. 2) you quoted Christmas glorified God, Festival cannot glorified God this what we need to understand dear, So finally, I’m not blaming you not criticizing anyone, when we know the truth, truth will set us free so this is the truth, you may be something in your own eyes I might be something in my own eyes because of our theology, doctrine and dignity but before eyes Of God we are nothing, just like a dust, so if we are really new born again in Christ we must obey what the Bible says, Bible is true as we believe so whatever written there that is true, if not written that is not true, which is not written we collecting from own doctrine and paste like commanded by God, don’t do that Bye bye Good night 💤 may the Lord God Bless you and your family and your ministry Amen 🙏

@@HopeofSalvationNepal Dear Brother in Christ, Thank you for your thoughtful response. I appreciate the opportunity to clarify and discuss these important matters further. Below is my revised response addressing your points more precisely. 1. Jews and Salvation Regarding your statement about Jews losing their salvation, it's important to clarify that when we speak about "Jews," we are not referring to all Jews as unsaved. Many Jews, such as Paul, Peter, and the disciples of Jesus, were Jewish and came to faith in Jesus Christ. In fact, the early church was primarily made up of Jewish believers, and even Peter converted 3,000 Jews on the Day of Pentecost (Acts 2:41). While some Jews rejected Christ, many accepted Him as their Messiah, and the gospel was for both Jews and Gentiles. So, salvation through faith in Jesus is not limited by ethnicity. 2. Defining Christmas In response to your views on Christmas, let me define and explain what Christmas means. Christmas is a celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world. Though the Bible doesn’t specifically mention the term “Christmas,” it does highlight the birth of Jesus, as recorded in Matthew 2 and Luke 2. These accounts show that the angels rejoiced at Christ's birth, which is the basis of why we celebrate it. Just because the Bible doesn’t explicitly command the celebration of Christ’s birth doesn’t mean we shouldn’t celebrate it. Just like we believe in the concept of the Trinity even though the word "Trinity" isn’t found in the Bible, we celebrate Christmas as a remembrance of the birth of our Savior, rooted in Scripture. 3. Isaiah 1:14 and Hosea 4:6 You quoted Isaiah 1:14 and Hosea 4:6 to argue that Christ’s celebration is not biblical. However, we must be very careful when applying Scripture out of context. These verses speak about God’s judgment on people who were engaging in empty rituals while living in disobedience, not about celebrating Christ’s birth. Celebrating Christmas, when done with a pure heart and focus on Christ, is not an empty ritual. Moreover, many things we do, celebrate, or use in our Christian walk were not specifically commanded by Jesus but are still valid expressions of faith. For example, Jesus did not command the specific use of church buildings, but we use them for worship. He didn’t command the specific format of our worship services, but we follow structured services to glorify Him. Even communion, while instituted by Jesus, was not fully explained by Him in every detail but was left for the church to continue in remembrance of Him. Therefore, we must be cautious not to apply Scriptures inappropriately to practices like celebrating Christmas, which can honor God if done in the right spirit. 4. December 25 and Constantine Regarding your point about December 25 not being chosen by the early church, let me clarify that the early church did choose this date to celebrate Christ’s birth. Early church fathers, such as Hippolytus of Rome, supported December 25 as the date for Christmas. It was likely chosen in part to counteract pagan festivals that took place around that time, such as the winter solstice celebrations. As for Constantine, he was Emperor, not a "king," and he became a Christian during his reign. Constantine is historically recognized as the first Christian emperor of the Roman Empire and played a key role in making Christianity the official religion through the Edict of Milan in 313 A.D. Therefore, Constantine was a Christian by the time the celebration of Christmas became more widespread under his rule. 5. Can Festivals Glorify God? You mentioned that festivals cannot glorify God. However, I would like to offer several reasons why they certainly can: Commemoration of God’s Works: Just as the Jewish feasts like Passover and Pentecost commemorate significant events in salvation history, Christmas commemorates the birth of Jesus Christ, God’s greatest gift to humanity. It is a time of worship and remembrance of God’s work of salvation. Worship and Praise: The celebration of Christmas provides an opportunity for believers to gather, worship, and praise God for the gift of Jesus. It is a time of joyful celebration of Christ’s birth and His mission to save humanity. Evangelistic Opportunity: Christmas is an opportunity to share the message of salvation with those who may not usually attend church. The message of the Savior's birth is a powerful evangelistic tool that can reach the hearts of many. Cultural Transformation: Many secular traditions have been transformed by the church into opportunities to glorify God. The early church, for example, turned pagan festivals into Christian celebrations. Similarly, Christmas is an occasion to bring glory to God while still engaging in the cultural customs of the season. Unity and Fellowship: Christmas can strengthen the fellowship within the body of Christ. It’s a time for believers to unite in the celebration of Christ’s birth and in worship, furthering the sense of community and shared faith. 🙏I hope these clarifications help in addressing the points you raised. While the Bible does not specifically command the celebration of Christmas, the celebration itself, when done with a heart focused on the gospel and worship of Jesus, can indeed glorify God. It serves as a reminder of the Savior’s birth and a time to share that joy with others. I look forward to continuing this discussion and learning together as we seek to honor God in all things.🙏🙏🙏
