Ohh Yess it is major problem 😅 so these days honestly I hardly eat outside food. I eat alot of fibre (vegetables,Cheea seeds ) for constipation . It really helps to clear your stomach trust me . Have organic triphala powder in the morning. Don’t have maida 😅 have probiotics (dahi)
