David Bohm was the best person ever to interview J. Krishnamurti. Love these two a lot.

He’s wonderful. I do feel he has an endless supply of questions so that can interrupt the answering of the previous one. I think when asking a question, there can be a ceasing of other questions until an answer is forthcoming. His high level of curiosity lead him to so much, but for peace, perhaps we need to allow some unknown to be ok. And our presence to be as or more important than our questions.

David Bohm tries to perceive everything through thought. We need to perceive it with total concentration without any thought, says Krishnamurti . Woderful! David Bohm makes it clear through his questions. Brilliant investigation, brilliant!

I love them too. Einstein defines time also as movement. No movement mesns death. Then death is truth, because we are in the common consciousness or the common intellect, which is not thought. Love this. And how right they are about violence. We are violent, this is reality. Point. Thought is division, division is conflict, conflict is violence. ❤

The original teacher in a chair and one the most humble under appreciated minds. Pure unbiased dialogue beyond/above politics like this no longer exist and sorely needed but not for profit, image or fame. The last three are why they’re now rare. Deep thank you to his JK foundation for these videos and not exploiting or profiting from his legacy.

I do not think that Krishnamurti would have liked your comment. He never wanted to be called teacher, he just wanted to make us do things ourselves without authorities. Teacher is authority, please do not corrupt this wonderful person!

I think you're too focused on the words or confunding things. He or she didnt said that Jiddu is an authority. There isnt necessarily anything wrong with being a teacher. A teacher is someone who offers something to the student. The teacher also learns from the student. A parent is a teacher. You dont have to accept what they offer you, so theres no authority. Theres nothing wrong with admiring someone and Im sure you also do that maybe even a bit too much since you said "I dont think Jiddu would have liked your comment" as if what Jiddu could think of the comment is very important to you. 🙂

People don't realize they are separate because they have expectations; in the same way the expectation of the new teacher is to have people realize that they're inseparable but as individuals.

I'm writing this after listening for 33 mins. They haven't defined the terms of conciousness at the beginning and it is causing confusion. Conciousness is seeing, hearing, taste, touch and smelling Self-conciousness is what we think about these sensations (senses.)

How you know you are a separate being? Look at ants. Are they separate? How each ant knows what to do to survive the whole colony? It doesn't 'know' it. It just works. Driven by one, ant-only mind :). And bees the same can be observed. All the bees are working together like it is a one thing just fragmentized into forms.

I feel like they know something they're not telling us but they sure as heck are trying. It's almost painful to watch. I wish they'd just spit it out. What... I'm... sensing is the future is right NOW and we all better band together if we want to save our selves {and mankind} so that we can have a future worth living.

Bohm is the best interlocutor for Krishnamurti.Some persons in the Krishnamurti Foundation objected to the fact that,in their dialogues,Bohm was using more words than Krishnamurti -they counted the number of words. How silly.

Time is a concept. Does it actually exist external to the human mind, or is it just the tendency of the mind to project from consciousness something it has concluded is a an external reality?
@AdityaSharma-lb9bx

Wow this is a really good question but yes we are caught up in the time which is itself an illusion. The thought itself is a time because it travels through memories and all that stuff. If we totally free our mind of thought, we transcend through time to another untouched stat⁹e of mind where we find our true nature. The self.

Imagine if you believe in the biblical story of creation where God makes man and woman. They are hanging out and being. This before they got invovled with the going ons of the garden of Eden, their content to give them consciousness would have been zilch or different from what we know as consciousness today. Then their brain started telling the things and they may have thought all sorts about this very experience. They may have said their thoughts was God speaking until what they heard from their thought was contrary to what they thpught God was capable of saying. My brain hurts even though time has taught those before me and all I have to do now is rip the fruits of their labour.

People these days, in general, are more overflown by information. This causes many misinterpretation, because this information is by choise. The addressed complex of thinking is worse now more then before, with emphassis on the invention of internet. This complex became unbearable, thus to seek more religious or spiritual liberation exceeds other urges. But is it true, or do we think it is? Because u are looking at two people who both in there own way dedicated there entire life to this, not to mention a superior IQ.

David Bohm seems to be trying himself in knots trying to understand what K is saying on an intellectual mental level, if only he had some existential insights or glimpses of the reality of what K was talking about he could have grasped things properly. Otherwise this is sadly just coming across as verbal semantics and linguistic gymnastics.
