I’ve seen many videos of talks and documentaries, but not this one interview. Thanks for posting it. Such a fascinating, incredible life story, in addition to his profound insights into the human condition. The teachings have made a deep impact on my life. Interestingly, after leaving the Theosophical Society and the role they wanted him to fulfill, he did become the world teacher, traveling to many, many countries and giving talks to hundreds, sometimes thousands of people. He told Mary Lutyens, his biographer, that the “tears of the world had created the world teacher.” And, of course, as he said many times, who he was was not important. Only the Teachings mattered. Which are quite arduous, requiring enormous energy and attention. A complete change in the way one lives.

A flower doesn't need to say "I'm a flower" you know it by its scent! Krishnamurti said something similar. So even if he was the world teacher, there would be no need to lable himself as such.
