@robadobflob34054 жыл бұрын
You can tell he's strolling through there going "Yeah Bitch! That's me right there on one of the biggest stages in the world the time! That's the bass I played on Unplugged! I used to be the biggest rockstar in the world!" (despite his incredible humbleness), but you can also see that deep sadness in his eyes. Its the kind of sadness someone looking back on fond memories he will never get to relive, and also a little bit of "Damn I wish I could jam with the guys just one more time..."

Beautiful film/video and music, [Krist was legendary for doing or attempting the massive 'vertical bass toss' at the end of a set when Nirvana would demolish their music equipment - so rock'n roll - was a show in itself] at the end of the MTV Awards 1992, Nirvana the last act to play, supposed to play SLTS but in true Kurt form started playing 'RApe Me' instead stopping after only a few opening lyrics and chords, just enough to get the big wigs attention, then belted out a super hard hitting version of 'Lithium' with Grohl literally beating the crap out of his kit, while Kurt ground out that blood curdling scream of his, last verse Krists amp loses sound so improvises with none other than the legendary 'vertical bass toss' completely misses the bass guitar [that is seen in this video with Krist pointing to his forehead] on the descent smacking him a beauty into said forehead above his eye thankfully not knocking him completely out, he has said in interviews since that he was so wasted and confused that he blacked out but remembers Kurt kicking him in the ass as they exit the stage at the end of the performance oblivious to the chaos that just played out behind him...the 90's, god i miss Nirvana and the 90's!!!
