Hey Krista, Happy Monday. It’s hard for me to eat healthy or foods at all because I am lactose intolerant and almost everything has lactose in it. 😢 I enjoyed this different type of video and seeing some food that you eat throughout the day. 😊🥰

Hello Krista! I remember when you lived in Florida you stated you went to a doctors office to get some wellness/ injections to help with weight loss and your fitness nutritional journey. Can you please explain if that helped you? I am on a fitness journey to lose 20 more pounds and anything that can jumpstart it and help it would be amazing

Yes I did go to the doctor and she said I was eligible for the shots, but I did not end up doing them! I felt like they were kind of pushing it on me at the time but definitely talk to your doctor because I think they are right for some people! @ That video was August 2023 so it has definitely been a long time coming. I would say a combination of changing my workouts from super high intensity/heavy lifting to more walking/pilates/yoga style workouts (and staying consistent with those weekly) and also being more mindful of how much food I was really eating!

@thank you so much for responding I really appreciate it :) I have a peloton and was using it for 40 minutes 5 days a week along with 15 minutes of weight training and it did help but now I feel like I’m stuck. I am currently 148 trying to get down to 130 but it’s been a bit more difficult
