As someone who has spent their life in kitchens, its nice for someone on a big platform to callout the bulls**t that goes on in them, the kitchen 'culture' 100% needs to change. Although Bobby has said that he is a weak or “beta” like person, I don’t see it. He’s strong, he didn’t give up, and gives hope to people like me struggling with similar issues. Disregarding physical features, strength should be measured on your ability to not give up. Bobby persevered in a situation in which many people would have not had the courage to do so. And that’s why I fully agree with Kristen when she says that Bobby is resilient.

People need to understand life society doesn't stop for any individuals need for acceptance. It doesn't mean have a purpose to intentionally hurt others with your words .. but you are a comedian and others have an obligation to their due diligence .. if they don't like what you stand for it is not something that is forced on them ... No one goes into an x rated movie then attempts to cancel the director because they were offended by the sexualities. Because they know what they are walking into .. people take statements as personal attacks way to often as if the individual who says it is directly speaking to them .
