It's one thing to let your friends who happen to have an instagram following stay for free; it is another story when fake influencers contact you for a free stay. Most legit influencers have enough money to pay for their stay. The broke ones who approach you for a free stay won't bring you any paying customers. The traditional response to those inquiries is, you pay for stay and then I will give you a commission on any booking you bring me which will make those "influencers" swiftly disappear

I am glad that you distinguished between followers and actual engagement/views. I know on KZbin that there are people who have hundreds of thousands of followers, if not more but most of the followers were from years ago and they are a channel on the wane.

Amen on change over days. Our check out is 10 am and check in is 1:30 pm so our Saturday's are always a bit interrupted/slightly stressful.

QUESTION...Have you done a video on whether financially it was wise to do the hot tub ? Im considering one, but we are in a desert region where water is at a premium and i am not sure of what sort of upkeep there is with them. We do not have a cleaning company in this region to do maintenance and although i get that it attracts people, i feel bad if we had to change the water after each use and the waste that goes with owning one

I have a Airbnb I would suggest shopping at ross for sheets and pillow cases sometimes they have some nice Nautica and lacoste and for towels I go to Walmart
