I love cashmere, wool, silk, linen & cotton but with my now very casual lifestyle, mostly working from home, I really couldn’t justify paying the high end clothing prices anymore. With Quince I get to wear what I love everyday, don’t have to save it for special occasions. It’s affordable luxury. I’ve been wearing Quince for about three years and so very glad I found them. I really like their cotton cashmere sweaters. They're very thin but very soft and are great for spring and summer. I also really liked their cable knit cotton oversized cardigan. That cotton is so thick and So soft. I have never felt anything like it. It's amazing. The latest thing I've gotten from them that I've been living in is their organic heavyweight fleece hoodie and pants. They are so soft and thick and cozy. I just love them.

Thank you for your post. The cotton cashmere may be exactly what I need! I need sweaters only when I travel, so I want to avoid weight and bulk. I always chuckle at the term ‘true to size’. My sister thinks she’s a Small (she is NOT a small) so to her, everything ‘runs small’. Hasn’t figured out why that’s the case. So, ‘true to size’ can be very subjective.

I may be ordering from Quince before long...I did find a Quince sweater at Goodwill, but when I got a good look I realized the poor thing had been put in the washing machine and was now childsized 😆! I enjoyed learning more about them from you - a personal recommendation goes a long, long way because there are so many "influencers" sharing constant hauls from everywhere and it can be hard to discern what's what from some of those videos - I appreciate your thoughtful presentation of the Quince merchandise. As for softness - my father had sensitive skin and would often gently hold something up to his cheek in a store before buying it to see how it felt. No starched collars for him - there was nothing he liked as much as a worn flannel shirt although he had to wear suits and ties for work and put some effort into finding the dress shirts that worked for him. I am wearing his beige cashmere "Grandfather" cardigan and a worn L.L. Bean shirt - I like that your dad may be sourcing cashmere for you!

Thanks for doing this video. It helped me nail the size I ordered for the oversized cashmere crewneck sweater. My beef with Quince is many of their sweaters, particularly the cardigans, are not sized for longer arms. I’ve returned 4 of theirs in both cotton and cashmere because I couldn’t tolerate sizing up just to get more sleeve length. It’s like their sweaters are sized for someone Around 5’6”. I get it just saying they don’t work for me.

I’m trying to think of the best way of saying this. I’m a new subscriber and appreciate your content. However, it seems to me that you use quite a few words more than you need. Like with the pilling, and other times. It might be worth the time to rewatch this and see if you can notice it. It seems to me that you could say it, while giving us a acknowledgement that we understand what you are saying by not need to say it three different ways to get the point across to us. Again, this is my point of view, but you have such good information to pass on from your knowledge and experience. As I watch it I feel like the material is a bit dumbed down for us by repeating it in many different ways. Plus I just want to get to the juicy bits of information, and not feel my finger twitch to leave or take a break. As I understand it pilling is usually a sign of high quality fiber. I also use the Conair de-piller it does a fabulous job! Quick, and so easy to use. I have never snagged any fabric using it. I totally recommend it.

I took many Quince items on a cold-weather cruise. I did not regret it! One item that pleasantly shocked me was the flannel shirt. It was not flimsy and floppy. It DID NOT WRINKLE in the suitcase (I packed everything 1 week in advance). If they have other colors I'm interested, in my size, I will 100% purchase again. I didn't care for the hemline that had a curved dipped in the front and back so I altered it to a straight hemline...problem solved. In Texas I get many cold weather uses out of it. An actual jacket for the majority of our "winter", or very stylish layering piece for our 5 extremely cold weather days each year! It looks stunning with a puffer vest over it as well. Finally, the collar does not choke when fully buttoned, which is important to me, and looks great over a turtle with just about every type of turtle neckline, loose or tight! I have styled this shirt every single way mentioned and it is amazing. I do not work for Quince. I am not partnered with Quince. I own many Quince sweaters, mostly cashmere. They don't pill excessively. I wear them constantly! Please follow the reviews and photos closely. I wish the company would give measurements, as I am tall and never know what a piece that seems long on you would look like on me. For example, how long is a cropped pant? One item that I have gifted is the leather fanny pack/sling purse. The quality is incredible and perfect for travel or when you don't want to carry a lot. Thanks for such a fabulous video! I find the quality from Quince to be hit or miss. Some of their cashmere is really scratchy and I returned. I also am returning a sweater I got for my boyfriend because the zipper is bulky and ugly. Got a great silk maxi skirt and a couple of leather bags that are great though.
