Bread Recipe: Mix 14oz luke warm water with 1/4 tsp active dry yeast and 2 tsp salt. Then add 3 1/2 cups bread flour. Stir together until shaggy/dry dough forms. Do not over mix (dough should not be wet looking). Cover bowl with lid or plastic wrap & let sit on kitchen counter overnight or 8-24 hours. After 8-24 hours remove lid and punch dough down around the edges to release the gases. Sprinkle with flour. Turn out onto a floured surface. Place parchment paper in your bread loaf pan. Shape dough into "log" with the seam side down and place into parchment lined bread pan. Cover dough/pan with tea towel and let sit on counter for 30 min while oven preheats to 450*. Bake in 450* oven for 35 minutes. Remove from oven, remove bread from pan, brush with melted butter immediately and allow it to cool on a wire rack. ENJOY!
