You can either wet brine your turkey or dry brine it. A lot of people say dry brine is way better but it’s up to you. Love this video! 💙

Really interesting that you cooked the turkey first without the stuffing in it. In my house my mom seasons the turkey, makes the stuffing and stuffs the turkey and cooks it all together. The stuffing gets SO much flavour. It's the only way I've ever seen stuffing made haha

I was so confused when you said 2 hours but I continue watching lol. I started cooking my thanksgiving lunch at 4:45am it was ready at 1:00pm. Your turkey looks so good!!! I want to do that next year! This year I actually ordered mine from a friend but I didn’t like it much bc it wasn’t done to my liking it still was pink but it was cooked . It was smoked on a bbq pit. But I made a ham so it was okay LOL

Hey Kristen just a little hack on thickening the gravy to get less flour lumps mix a little bit of the dripping with flour before mixing it the rest and it should be a smoother gravy but now I realize that it was garlic lumps so disregard this
