I first heard Wish I Could Be Your Girl in a 4am Uber. It was the last song of the ride so naturally I had to look it up on my way out. I’m a big Pharrell Williams, Lil Wayne, OutKast, Drake, The Kinks, Paul McCartney, Rex Orange County, 21 Savage, Rick Rubin fan. I became obsessed with Kristiane’s song and gave probably played it a good 12 times in the past couple days.
