I never knew this would be the kind of assessment in alorica. I mean I have been selecting the most practical assessment for me. Mostly into personality test, since I believe it will really recognize your capability rather than the voice assessment test. Learning with American accent has a room naman for newbies. I mean im not saying na ito ang pinaka easy. Everything is challenging naman

I was a walk-in applicant last week (alorica cubao), and I already passed the final interview (telco acc), but I've been receiving emails from Alorica Talent Acquisition saying that my system diagnostic is still not finalized, but I already took my Harver test on the same day that I walked in for the application.
