I work at TaskUs and I can confirm na totoo ung mga tanungan na nasa video. Although mas madami pa tanong tas random din depende sa manager din na mag interview sau. But for HR interview, eto din tanong saken. Ung manager interview, titingnan kung suitable ka ba for the campaign kc ung tanong is situational for the campaign tapos pag mali ka dun, babalik ka sa HR hahanapan ka ng ibang campaign cguro kaya waiting ung iba and ung iba nmn natanggap na

I was able to passed their assesments. From written exam down to the final interview. All assessments done via desktop for written exam and for Final Interview(zoom) and via phone call for initial interview. As of now, im fully satisfied with Task Us. Sobrang sulit ang benefits. Tip para mahire agad : timingin nyo lang pag ramping sila. Usually pag ramping mataas ang hiring rate nila. Actually, i don't have any experience as a call center agent. I came from an industry na sobrang layo sa BPO and yet i was able to pass and complete the training and now im on my road towards regularization.

Dapat maganda performance ng team nyo (aht,quality,attendance,snps) within a quarter. Pag maganda performance ng team. Kayo ang priority sa pag pili ng maganda shift (lalo na pag dayshift) . Per team ang basis sa task us. Kaya need nyo ipush ung ibang team mate na pumasok kahit may sakit.

What are the pros and cons of each companies? is it good to work form them long term or not? Is it easy to be hired at those companies or not? Do they pay their employees well? Based sa mga napplyan at napasa ko na BPO companies ito masasabi ko. Kung gusto mo long term go for Accenture. Hindi ganun kataas offer, strict ang management but super friendly at matitino ang OM at TLs panalo sa HMO at bonuses unlike sa ibang company na limited lang yung maxicare. Pero kung gusto mo libre pagkain at malaki bigayan go for Concentrix di ko lang nagustuhan dyan is yung sa HMO ang liit ng limit hahah. Auto pass sa Teleperformance bur*t ang management dyan. Si Afni naman basic lang yung facilities, sakto lang yung offer pero sobrang dali maka pasok, goods rin naman mga project bonuses malaki laki rin lalo na sa Verizon may mga kupal nga lang na TL at workmates na hihilahin ka pababa hahah. Itong si Taskus sobrang friendly ng sites nila parang Concentrix rin pero mas okay amenities ni Taskus.

personally i think a part of this video is a bit misleading, i think you could've included a disclaimer as someone might not encounter the same set of questions or process as you do. By the sound of it those set of questions you got was used to revalidate your experiences as a previous agent (as you stated) i dont think those questions regarding about KPI and stuff or the situational questions would really be applicable to someone who doesn't have any sort of experience on this Field. But nonetheless still a great vid 😊

Sabi nila saka lang daw magproceed sa final interview once may available na campaign na. Still waiting pa din. 😊 Update: Passed na po ako sa final interview. Done with orientation and medical. Start na po ng class ko sa April 5. 😭❤️

Parang magiging hopper ka nun. It might reflect on ur SSS History if the other BPO company has a strict Background check. Usually, Accenture, Citibank ir ither Financial BPO industry keen sila pagdating sa background check. Kailangan mo lang i declare if mag apply ka. In General, di ka naman maba block. You may still apply to diff BPO companies.

I think if you are a student, your chance of being accepted or even entertianed if you apply is low. Hindi sila tumatanggap ng student lalo na kung di pa 2nd year or nakatapos ng 2nd year. Also, they protect their attrition rate. Meaning, ayaw nila ng may nagreresign at lalo na kung reason ay due to studies. If work, work lang. Kung study, study lang. Know your priorities. Hope this helps. ❤
