Kristin Hoffmann - "Water of Life" [Official Video]

"Water of Life" was created as a special new piece of music to celebrate the first World UNITY Water Day, June 24th, 2020...graciously commissioned by the organization UNITY EARTH. I designed the music to re-encode listeners with the feeling, movement, emotion and sacredness of water, helping us to viscerally re-member that we ourselves are Water Beings. Rather than thinking of the composition in usual Verse, Chorus and Bridge parts, I created this piece in Streams/Rivers "Ooohs," Waterfalls "Ahhhs" and Bridge "Sea/O-cean" sections. I wanted the visuals to enhance these parts and almost serve as an additional "instrumentation," finally building into a finale bursting with life and the interconnected Soul of how we and all planetary species intimately relate to water.
The "Water of Life" video was created in alignment with my above vision by Art Director, Troy Stallman, and editor, David Bryen. They really worked to capture the glory of water in many of its majestic forms. The pacing of the imagery compliments the dance of music, working in concert to express an overall sensation of awe and wonder. Please enjoy and share!
