Very pretty- could be so lovely bling finger weight one be used in this pattern? 🧶
@KristinOmdahl5 жыл бұрын
Absolutely! They are both #1 fingering weight yarns. It would be gorgeous in Be So Fine BLING Yarn.

Hi Kristin, what would you do if you wanted to make the front neckline a little lower, would you just do a couple of extra rows straight before starting the increases. Thank you
@KristinOmdahl5 жыл бұрын
I would make the left and right fronts a little longer before joining them together.

Kristin Omdahl thanks that's what I thought xx

Hello Kristin. Are the edges increased by 2 stitches in one to accommodate for the dress size?
@KristinOmdahl5 жыл бұрын
I don't know what you are asking.

Kristin, is this top like a swing top style?

Yes

Kristin, you say in your written pattern and video to end on ROW 2 for the upper body back portiom...yet your video briefly shows that your upper body for the back ended on ROW 3 (with chain 3 spaces) seem to work well with joining the front and back...second time I’m trying to do this top...the written didn’t explain this and the video just confused me more...sigh...😳
@KristinOmdahl5 жыл бұрын
Please follow the written instructions. The video is supplemental only to conceptually show the transformation from 2D to 3D.
@goodday12095 жыл бұрын
Kristin Omdahl I did both...I followed your WRITTEN instructions which I purchased and was ecstatic when your video came out to explain the UPPER BODY BACK PORTION...your last row says to end at ROW 2...which I did...but when you have to link the front and back portion together to form the underarm shaping it doesn’t work cause front portion starts with chain 3 spaces but the back portion is all double crochets...I would appreciate any clarification of this besides follow written instructions which is not clear. Thank you.

Good Day ahhh! I’m running into the same problem! What did I do wrong? Were we supposed to end on Row 3?
@goodday12095 жыл бұрын
Anna Hanley thank you for confirming! I never did get an answer from Kristin based on this problem...so I just ripped it out and decided not to bother making it again...I even emailed her and never received a response.

We have no emails from you. Can you try calling the phone number on my website?

This pattern seems to have many errors, I am an experienced crocheter and find it is poorly written or edited. Kristen, if you started to make this following your written instructions you would find the many errors in a paid for pattern. I could work it out, but most inexperienced crafters would not. You really need to review this, following the written instructions yourself. I hope you appreciate this feedback, as I am a huge fan of yours.
