She is my prof when i was is in 2nd year (currently 3rd year student nurse), she is the best, whether it is online or f2f. She never let her students sleep during her class, thats how good she is 💚. The course itself is tough, but having her as our professor makes the subject amusing to learn. 🫶🏻

I worked through all the departments ( ER, DR, ICU, CCU, cardiac and medical unit, and OR ) in my nursing career. This is only a scratch to the surface of a nurse calling. But thanks for featuring the nursing profession. We are respected here in the US, the thing I like best. The profession was very rewarding for at the end of the day you made one life a little better.

Being a medical professional is very rewarding because you get to help people in the worst times of their lives, and when you see them fully recovered, there is satisfaction and proud moment kasi you were there, you were part of the process. I am a retired Icu nurse for 40 years, indeed it is a very very difficult profession. Ignorance about what nursing is, that makes people think we do not use our brain and are just slaves to the doctors. I had saved thousands of patients in my lifetime because, as a nurse we do the preliminary assessment on how the patients looks like before we speak to a doctor. A nurse has to be a bright person, skilled and has to possess a critical thinking to intervene what is best for a patient condition based on the symptoms presented. These process a nurse should do before she refers the matter to a doctor for further medical intervention. Without those qualities, your patient will die!!!! In my job, we are able to do a lot to help a doctor do effectively his job. To summarize, nursing profession is underrated, underpaid , unrecognized due to the fact that most nurses are women. Good luck and Merry Christmas to all Nurses in the world!

I wish this is how they teach nurses here in Sweden. The professor is fun to listen to. I wonder if they also check attendance in Philippine universities? Because here in Sweden you study by your own anywhere you want so if you feel like studying at home or in the café no one checks on the attendance.
