Try toggling HiDPI mode: Configure Krita… ‣ General ‣ Window and make sure that Enable HiDPI checkbox is unchecked

I have 2 major problems with krita that i dont know how to fix- the pop up pallet just pops up each time i hold my stylus down and its really annoying when drawing details- second thing is that pen pressure just isn’t working-- Is there a way to fix this?

You need to change your stylus button configuration. Do that from the Wacom settings app
