Don't you think using AI art as your thumbnail for comparing digital drawing software to be a bit misleading and frankly, pretty deceptive? Don't do that.

You saying a person can’t draw that? Maybe AI assisted sure, but I’m pretty sure someone drew that. Plus who cares about the thumbnail being AI? It looks pretty. Plus the main meat is the video itself. Or what? You think you can make better thumbnails in a short amount of time?

@@TheLuconic The artwork is completely AI generated, the blending is too smooth and Bakugo's hands have more than 5 fingers among other things. I think you should care because if someone is willing to deceive people like this nonchalantly, it'd be pretty silly to give them the benefit of the doubt and take their judgement seriously. They should have some responsibility with how they present themselves, especially for the more open-minded people whom this channel mostly caters to with their constant reviews and comparisons between software, mediums, etc. It's not just about "looking pretty".

It’s not so important enough to let the cat out because the post segment only focuses on the comparison between apps and not artworks. That is just a visual representation but hardly connotes the creative process. Whether it’s AI or artist work, none of that matters in this contextual delivery cause at the end of the day, you only be thinking what software to use and not what art is reviewed. Take a chill bro!

It's not as complex as you're putting it, it's simply a barebone depiction of deception towards the easily impressionable kids who tend to be the main audience watching these reviews to decide on their first digital drawing software. If you're trying to sell/compare tools, you use work made by said tool to show its functions and capabilities. You don't use something completely separate of that tool to represent it and show it as such to a buyer, that's just textbook deception. You let them get away with it once, they'll keep doing it again and again, as is the case with this channel if you take a closer look at their other thumbnails. If you don't see an issue with that then I don't know what to tell you.

4:50 Saying this and using AI art in the thumbnail is really curious. Using AI as tools to assist and speed up work i understand, but this thumbnail is just lazy, at least fix those extra fingers.

I agree, the surprising is how free open source softwares are now at top, in 2d Krita and 3d Blender and in both fields Krita beat to death PhotoShop and Blender is better than Maya, speak of industry standards at this point is PROPAGANDA, Adobe becomes a mere scam are alternative free options for all their softwares while CSP at less has a few exclusive features while Adobe products offers nothing 🤷‍♂️

You're possibly right in saying that Krita is better than Photoshop, purely in terms of digital painting. But Photoshop does a lot more than digital painting. But I'm pleasantly surprised at the smoothness and performance of the brushes in Krita. It's well beyond Photoshop. I didn't know that there was anything on the desktop PC that had that kind of performance. It's a surprise to find that the best performance on desktop I've seen so far is with free software. I've been having a closer look at Krita lately but mainly I'm trying to get into Rebelle.

@@KuttyJoe yeah, Krita already overpowered PS in digital painting. Photoshop tho, still on the throne of photo editor, bitmap manipulation precisely. GIMP is challenging PS in that, tho its not close enough. Soon, I hope

I love Krita but I mainly use CSP because I can't wrap my head around the brushes

Now that Clip Studio has downgraded their license and also begun pushing the "software as a service" nonsense, and Adobe has become downright evil, Krita is the only way to go. Fortunately, Krita has continued to evolve and innovate, has achieved near parity with either of it's paid competitors, and will surpass them very soon at it's current rate.

That's why I changed to krita, why I can't buy a standalone license for my Samsung tab, why I can't even be offline because it needs to verify the license, csp sucks, in just sad I can't easily transfer my old brushes

KRiTA is a very accessible and powerful program for illustrations AND animation! Though it is very uncomfortable to use on tablet. It seems Clip Studio Paint is adapted to be used on tablet.

Krita on tablet.is.outstanding. Configure your app with 4 fingers hide dock, gesture for color pocket and gesture.for bringing up the quick menu and you.can hide everything and enjoy the.immersive.paining experience.

Krita isn’t on iOS. App store guideline bullshit keeps it off the iPad, just like blender and godot

@ not even. iPads are the most powerful tablets out there. It’s just that Apple doesn’t let certain types of apps be on their App Store. But there may be hope because godot is coming to iPad so maybe krita will as well
