Killer Bratwurst I agree, the dlc guns stray away from the gold, painted camo, and maroon and blue legendary looks and I really enjoy how unique they look. "The Yang" looks really good, and I also really like the Mosin-Nagant's legendary skin.

Pedrollex apparently the devs had a bolt action mode intended for this gun but the animation didn't work properly so it was scrapped

This gun is a perfect generalist. Good at everything, but not excellent at anything. It takes the place of the Cei-Rigotti in my opinion as far as general use SLRs go. I love the extra round because if your quick, you can take down 2-3 opponents in a very short amount of time. The long range is also really good, essentially making this gun a DMR.

Taking that into consideration, yes. The Cei-Rigotti's automatic setting and the larger, 10 round clip size would make it more viable for CQB. I still think the General Liu is highly underrated for its versatility however.

Liu actually isnt pronounced "Li-u", it is pronounced "Lill" （劉）,and its the last name/family name（姓） of the maker of the gun

I'm not sure if this accounts for everyone but I always found myself being the most aggressive as Medic using this weapon. Especially if you turn it into bolt action when enemies are fleeing. Because at certain distances you can immediately drop them even at full health.

The semi-auto mode is simply a worse Mondragon (because it has 6 rounds instead of 10) But the bolt action mode is pretty good and competes well with scout rifles. The Mondragon and RSC remain my favorite medic weapons for further away fights.

Bruno Matassini It was added to the cte. However the bolt action mode was hard to use because the notification for the select fire was used, which would change the gun to full auto. So they took it out and made it not show up, which made it hard to tell how you were going to fire. It was really nice, but it had too many issues for being just a novelty

Theoretically it doesn’t, because the gas trap is placed on the muzzle. Probably kept the bolt action function because of military doctrines.

Yeah, this rifle was build during the Revolutionary Age of China, so not yet Nationalist or Communist. interest of note, the Hanyang factory actually build alot of Very promising independent firearms. There were a bunch of unnamed Pistol, a fews rifles, 2 machine guns and a proto Smg, that this was long before WW1. The Hanyang factory burn during WW2 and Chinese Civil War where everything were salvage by multiple factions. Don't day that China never invented anything. Unlike the US, China latter invented very fews firearms, because their research were focus into other domestic lives thing.

Uuuuuuummmm no. The 1906 is the definition of a laser gun. I would not trade all the accuracy in the world for one bullet. Provided equal players the 1906 will always ALWAYS beat the liu because it can fire it's bullets faster because it doesn't have to worry about recoil or spread. The liu does, so you have to slow down a bit so the recoil and spread don't fuck you. The liu is a fun little rifle, but the 1906 will always beat it. Same rpm wayyyyy better recoil and spread, but one less bullet. Shit, I'll take the 1906 any day. It's literally designed to win every one v one fight outside 45m. If the 1906 had six bullets like the lui it would be overpowered as it would win every one v two as well

rubberwoody One bullet doesn't change much in terms of practicality, I mean it can, but not in this instance. The liu may have 1 more bullet, but it's accuracy and spread are pretty shit. Meaning you have to time your shots at longer distances, which means you take that 300 rpm and it's really more like 200 rpm. The 1906 however is a laser, it can shoot all 5 bullets at the full 300 rpm and not miss a single shot because of its godlike accuracy. It's literally designed to win every one v one outside 45m. Battlefield is all about positioning. So if you have the accuracy you can dominate with the 1906. The lui is a bit more of a forgiving weapon for noobs who miss their shots with the 1906.
