Kritika: drinks one tall coffee just before going to sleep Also Kritika: why can't I sleep 😭😭😭. I love you n work ethic soooooooo much. Please take care of your self. Few tips 1. Reduce caffeine intake as much as possible 2. You can't sleep on time by forcing yourself to go to bed instead try walking up early this will help you sleep better 3. Try to create a calming digital free sleep routine like lighting candles n read a book with calming music 4. Don't sleep during the day. I m so scared it will effect your health please take care. I just want to suggest a thing that please aapka coffee intake kam kardo.. it is only affecting your sleeping pattern.. please take it only once a day in the morning only.. if you'll keep on drinking coffee the whole day or at night.. it will block the sensation of feeling sleepy or tired.. and if your body and mind needs rest.. coffee doesn't allow you to rest.. so please di it's a kind request that try to avoid coffee at night or more than once in the morning..
