Ryan and Trent, I'm 64, I remember when weird science came out, I was smokin only the best weed and listen to AC/DC, Ted Nugget and Tower of Power up here in the Oakland bay area, the 80"s were great ! Ima mechanic / tow driver by day and smash wheelies and burnouts on my 2010 Dyna by day and night, just built a 04 Bagger for doin the same, workin out the particulars on that sled, almost spit out my lunch just now when Ryan did his Arnold impression, I'm absolutely enjoyin you guys jokin and clownin, thats exactly how me and my homies git down in the shop around our car and bike lifts. Original Garage Moto has Batwing Fairing clamps. I use them with my OG top Triple on my Batwing. Swingarm is sick, looks strikingly familiar to MJK’s GP offering.

Man…that swing arm looks nasty! Really really cool! There are people who build certain style bikes like 50’s, 60’s & 70’s style myself included but, then there are people like you guys that just create the style!!! I would like to think many years from now people will be building Kruesi style performance Stuntails 🤣 you guys seem really humble but are building some of the coolest machines out here. For the comment about how every bagger the right shock has to be put on first. You’re right. The solution is the adjustable front upper link. You swap the solid one for adjustable, use that to tweak the driveline in the isolators until the measurement from upper to lower shock bolt is identical on both sides.

I have a friend from Cananda. He's a silver fox. I joke with him. He loves Mega Man and has been playing the first 6 on the NES since the 80's. Ryan, titanium is nothing like carbon steel. And only similar to stainless. Unless you have titanium filler rod, only do autogenous tacks. DO NOT USE ANY FILLER! Unless it's titanium. And as a just in case, purge the inside of the axel, so it doesn't possibly snap the end off from potential carbon precipitation. But, all of this is probably to late to mention anyway, oh well. Ce la vie. Nice to see the buds down there, making some cool parts. Build is looking sweet thus far.

Axle is 4140. Only the nut is ti.

That’s because there’s not really a great way to do it without a table and a laser. A friend of mine just started a company. He has a full laser alignment table for motorcycles. We’re going to get the bagger done there. We’ll see how it goes.
