@@pedrosantiagoclement3221 hola. Tiene que ser con rosca milimetrica. Yo llevé el tornillo a una buloneria más que nada por el tema del largo y lo coloque sin inconvenientes. Cualquier otra duda me consultas.

Thanks for this, it's nice of you. For your informations, what you unscrew at the beginning of the video are screws (not bolts) and as the nuts are screwed on the screws, you begin to unscrew the nuts at 8:30 and then at 11:00 ^_^ And what is a bolt ? Well it is the name when a screw and a nut are screwed together.

Hello, in the minute 4:06, a piece of plastic falls from the machine and you take it with your hand. Would you know where that piece goes? I disassembled the machine and I have three spare parts equal to those and I don't know where they go.

Thank you for this video, I just had an issue yesterday evening with my Saeco Poemia and your video helped me a lot to open it... and then I identified the exact same issue: one bolt was broken. Do you by change remember which reference you used to replace it ? I mean maybe not the exact size, but if you replaced it with a inox one, a titanium one, it seemed to be very specific in order not to unscrew by itself, did you just add a anti-loosening washer, etc ... It would help me a lot to select which piece to buy. I want to replace the four bolt, just to avoid the other to also break later! Thanks.

Thanks to Milen, I just replaced mine as well. I used a Stainless Steel as that's what the hardware store had in stock. Per the Saeco Phillips parts list, the original screw is galvanized. P/N 996530013006 GALVANIZ.SCREW WITH WASHER TE M5X20. If you google for "poemia parts diagram whole latte love" you can find the wiki which has the parts diagram available. For other reference, the wiki also lists common issues with the Poemia and possible fixes. Good Luck!

Hello, In my coffee maker, years ago, a piece of plastic fell out of the filterholder after using it, almost 6 cm long, which "triangulating" I think could be to fit into something six cm in diameter. It has a 3 mm square section and a 5 mm high flange at the end. the coffee maker began to leak from the saucepan. I think that years later I found a similar piece again (the second one). Since then the coffee maker is almost unusable because it loses a lot through the filterholder. It is quite rigid, I find it hard to believe that it is a piece of rubber that is replaced sometimes because it "stiffens", do you know what it could be? It would look like a stopper for the bucket, but I don't see anything similar in the exploded views. Maybe part of filterholder seal on boiler? Thank you all for helping the community of people who want to at least try to fix things before throwing away and buying new junk! Hola, una duda. En mi cafetera, años atrás, le salió o se cayó del cazo después de usarlo una pieza de plástico, de casi 6 cm de largo, que "triangulando" creo que puede ser para encajar en algo de seis cm de diámetro. Tiene sección cuadrada de 3 mm y como un reborde en el extremo de 5 mm de alto. la cafetera comenzó a perder por el cazo. Creo que años después volví a encontrar una pieza similar (la segunda). Desde entonces la cafetera es casi inutilizable porque pierde mucho por el cazo. Es bastante rígida, Me cuesta creer que sea es pieza de goma que se sustituye algunas veces porque se "rigidiza" ¿saben qué puede ser? Parecería un tope para el cazo, pero no veo nada similar en los despieces. ¿parte del sello del portafiltros en la caldera? he intentado usar la cafetera varias veces sin demasiado éxito por estas pérdidas, hace años arreglé un bloqueo de la bomba, nada más. Era por falta de uso. Gracias a todos por crear y animar la comunidad de gente que quiere al menos intentar arreglar las cosas antes de tirar y comprar nueva chatarra!

Hi MIlen, May be you can help me. I can make coffee, that is, hot water comes out but it doesn't make steam. However, hot water does come out of the steamer pipe. Can it be a boiler problem? or some clogged pipe?

If you are still seeing this... I had troube pulling the eletrical switch and it actually didn't come out. The cables didn't come out but only the white cover which is around it. Do you have any idea if I can pull them out?

On my Poemia the top and bottom part of boiler is made of aluminium, it looks bad with lots of deposits. How do you best clean or dissolve these deposits?

Hello for cleaning from limescale first mechanically with a screwdriver or other tool I remove the larger accumulations then I use a detergent as ASCOR, CALCINET, Puly cleaner descaler.

@@milenstoitsev6676 Thanks for the reply. It looks like the aluminium is oxidized, I worry that even if I clean it it will never be properly sealed again. I plan to order new parts, the heater top part is broken so I need to buy a new one but I'm thinking of ordering the bottom part also (for another 35 Euro).

The heating, cooling, heating, cooling cycles makes the metal expand and contract and put stress on the bolt and it will snap from the fatigue.

Hi Milen, love your videos and I have learned a lot about my Via Venezia, also had the same broken bolt problem after 12 yrs of constant use. BUT I'm having difficulty getting the correct seals for the boiler tried red silicone 70 Durometer FDA 73mm I/D x 3.5mm CS, but it keeps leaking a lot of water when I start pumping water??
