You should demo how to use the flow restrictor spray head. Turned my Bunn speed brew BK B model. When it brews a pot of coffee. It pushes all the grounds out of the filter. Bun trouble shooter said I need a flow restrictor. They are sending me one for free. I believe if Bunn knows this they should put one in the box. Maybe you can make a video about this.

wondering why, after 10 days of using my new one with no problems, this morning all the water bypassed the coffee filter and just brewed hot water...dry grounds were still resting in filter?? I thought water HAD to go through the filter???
