I hadn't been the biggest Bo Katan fan before; she was cool, sure, but there wasn't much more to it than that. With this season, and especially episode 2, she's starting to look like a really cool character, one who I'd like to see more of for the sake of the character (as opposed to just for the lore linking).

Same. I liked her as a character before s3 and thought she was super cool with an interesting back story. But after s3 she’s now my second favorite Mandalorian. Din’s my first and he won’t be dethroned easily.

Bo has some of the best music in this show imo. Remember the theme in s2? I was very happy to hear echoes of it brought back this season. Her theme is definitely edgier and more, suspenseful maybe? Where Din’s is more of a lone gunslinger Western kind of vibe.

From the way the new lore is seems like the user has to have an inkling of belief in the force to use it and since mando hasnt even heard of the force nor even believe in it hence why he has a hard time using it or maybe Disney just fuck things up like usual 😅

​​@@granknight If we think about it she has wielded the Saber many times in the past and considering her boss/mentor Pre Vizla wielded the Saber for much of his life presumably, she had at least some training on how to wield it before.

@@zombieoverlord5173 as i stated she knew of the force therefore she has a belief in it too therefore she can use the saber much better than mando while mando on the other hand has no idea of the force or even jedi's in perticular hence why the saber feels so heavy heck even gideon is using the saber with no issue making a hole on that star fighter while din has trouble just taking it off the ground.

She has at least known how to wield the darksaber most of her life and has wielded it before a lot in the past. It's not like the same people work on every Star Wars project. Neither Disney or Star Wars are a monolith with writing decisions
