Great Video! I appreciate that you guys address problems that Kawasaki or the dealer may not even acknowledge. I ride my KRX in desert country. Utah and Nevada. Mostly dry and dusty but winter months still create muddy conditions. My machine (2020) has developed a lot of squeaking in the suspension. Has RCO-R encountered/corrected this? If so, could you make a video to explain?

When I pulled my shocks for the first adjustment, I disassembled and greased the bushings, that handled 90% of our squeaks. The other is the spring cup that rides between the two springs. Wash that area really good and coat in WD 40. Should solve your problems.

Believe it was an 18mm, try it out on your new plugs first.

How does this affect fuel mapping? Typically when you change air flow you must change fuel flow accordingly to prevent a lean condition.

Not according to the tuners and aftermarket muffler manufacturers. The general consensus is no tune needed for a slip on muffler, and this doesn't even have that much flow.

@@rightcoastoffroad I'd have to see Air Fuel data before I believe that. As a tuner myself in a different arena, that statement don't hold water. But I do hear that same statement all the time. But I will tell you that just changing brands of slip ons can change your air flow in different rpm/load areas greatly.

Not sure yet! Gonna do a comparison video with stock flash versus alba flash 0-60....so the times will tell the truth!

So coring the cat does not require a tune? will it run ok without it?

Mine ran just fine without a tune. I have a tune now but I have also swapped to the MBRP muffler.

I’m in VA also (Richmond), what good places are there to ride in VA that actually worth it?

Depends on what you like. NOTHING BEATS WV, but if you wanna stay close in VA, Red Oak Hollow ATV park is the best, followed by Catfish Pond. There are others around, but I don't care for them much, mainly because they are just mud.

How did changing the plugs effect the heat? They were fouled?

Yes. Fouled most likely from the dealer moving it back and forth without warming it up completely. Ive checked them since I changed them and they have been good to go. But, I also let it get to 150+ degrees eveeytime I crank it. Did you see the pics of them in the video?

@@rightcoastoffroad If they were fouled, it wouldn't run. The only thing I see is soot, which can happen on a 4 stroke until the engine gets up to temperature. A 2 stroke with fouled plugs won't run, the plugs will be wet with fuel. Your plugs are not wet.

Robert, plugs can be partially fouled and not work correctly.

Did the caddie delete and went to RideRoyal Blue and had several very loud backfires I had to back off gas lot slower to prevent backfire do you have any suggestions

A tune will help. Did you tighten the exhaust back in a cross pattern ?

I straight piped mine and went for a ride and the bike shut off I guess bc of how much gas it was putting out but it sounded good

Mine will be in tomorrow, I ordered it as soon as it hit their website! I'll do some sound clips sometime this week and get a video up. Definitely excited about it, was waiting on a good one without packing (just chambered) that wasn't too loud.

Not much in gains of performance, mainly just for heat.
