My friend recommended checking Krypteria out and I'm so glad he did because they are awesome. He failed to mention that the singer was a Korean girl! I've been looking for any band that has an Asian singer cause there aren't many and she is so beautiful with an amazing voice! BRAVO!

Being a big fan of Nightwish, I do have to say even I approve of her voice. She has a lilt to her voice that has a frail beauty to it, and it's a perfect contrast to the intensity of the song. I think she's a great balance for the effect of the song. The video was pretty nifty. I adore that white medieval dress!

Agreed! Nightwish was my first band but honestly they have been my favourite and always will be it is something with Nightwish the other bands dont have! Krypteria is unique in many ways like their choir for example..and their singer who thought a Asian girl would stand in the stage of Wacken!

I'm gonna say this: I love Krypteria. I just received all their albums in the mail, and I love their stuff... but they definitely are symphonic rock with a few pop elements more than power metal. But that's not a bad thing. They manage to work the crossover genre really well. And before we get into a pop argument, you have to take in the fact that there is nothing wrong with pop. Mainstream Pop is the only one I have a problem with. But pop can be mixed in to rock very well to make a good song.
