How do you get ready for your hiking, like plan

@@ll-llllllllots of pre-training hikes including the Juan de Fuca and West Coast Trail on Vancouver Island. Leading up to the hike, Krysta would work from her stand up desk and walk on her portable treadmill for 3-4 hours a day. On her website, she also shares some hiking training ideas on her blog.
