Best pregnancy bra is from Uniqlo! It’s Super comfy and airy for this humid weather. Expandable and stretchy. Was wearing it before my pregnancy and now in my 36th week it still fits. My old bras can no longer fit even at the widest clip.

Use compression socks after birth. You’re legs will get swollen because of water content. It will help you a lot. I buy mine @groupon here in California it’s cheaper. I don’t if you have a cheaper brand in the Philippines. Have a safe delivery and I’m excited to see your baby 😀

Hi Kryz! Praying for your safe delivery. Agree with Tums but you might want to try Rolaids softchews as well. I used both prepregnant when I feel very acidic but lately, I find Rolaids better for my reflux. Agree also with your Sparkling water as well. Some has flavors so that helps a lot. I have avoided sodas for a long time so one time I took Sprite because I did not have any Sparkling water at work and it is just too sweet for me. Hindi na sanay haha. Another alternative for me is Ginger Ale ☺️. Thank you for the rest of the info you mentioned here. I am entering my second trimester na so I have to look for that pregnancy pillow soon. i was not able to wear any leggings as well.. it is so uncomfortable for me. when i was pregnant the most comfortable on is wearing dress specially when i commute.. have a safe normal delivery 😀

Pregnancy pillow dupe @ mandaue foam furniture For the vomiting etc I took plasil (only when needed) and sprite/7up helped alot hahaha I got hospitalized because of too much vomiting(i got dehydrated)

Sad to say, you will experience hair loss after giving birth. You will have to say goodbye to your hair being so full, eventually! 😭 Also, continue putting oils and creams around your breast once you start breastfeeding. Your breast will grow bigger. Sad to say, that’s when I had my stretch marks around my breast, my breasts grew bigger but I stopped putting creams. Hope you have a safe delivery! Your videos are so informative. ♥️
