Thank you for the video!…I’m new to the idea of mining, I live in a rural area in southern Ohio, but have decent pole building that has climate control and around 500sq feet of empty space. The building has two 200 amp panels that are not being used anymore, our kilowatt cost for electric is around 8cents, just curious to know what type of mining would you pursue if you had a facility like this if any?

Sounds like a great setup for hardcore ASIC mining. Can be utilized for prettu much anything. Everything for BTC, to ETC, KASPA, GPU mining, DePIN miners. There is a lot to choose from. Low electricity costs are hard to come by so you would currently be profitable almost instantly with any high powered asic miner. If you have more questions I am happy to answer them! /Nordic

I am investigating options looking at a bit main ant minor KS5.. i’m not sure why, or how kaspar depreciates , or how fast it depreciates, but it sounded like kaspar is the most promising? If it were you, what would you start mining and what unit would you buy under 30,000?

No worries, I'm happy to help! As you see in this video, kaspa is currently very profitable, but it's also increasing in popularity. But the ROI/profitability are currently much lower for kaspa than Bitcoin. Although Bitcoin is the "main crypto overall" and perhaps thereby holds better stability. I'm personally bullish on kaspa. However, I can't give you investment advice sadly. What is important to take into account is that the crypto miners/ASIC miners will become a lot more expensive the further we go into a potential bull run. Prices of those machines can 2x in the midst of a bull run.

Nice comparison, home mining still poss, have you thought about over clocking your pros?

Hey Chris! I have, however I currently don't have the space needed for that (need to get myself a bigger place for my miners...). For the overclocking I would need some bigger cables I believe? And I would need some fans/better circulation. My pro's are already running too hot as that are sadly. Otherwise I would for sure overclock them. Are you overclocking yours? If so, what GH/S are you getting?

@@NordicCrypto Hey Phil, no at the moment im not over clocking them, not got much room too, i briefly looked into it, I know you need to upgrade the power supplies for sure and some additional heat dissapation, i think it was rabid mining that i saw had his pros on a rack with the front and back plates taken off to allow extra airflow, will see if i can track the vid down again and send to you.
