He gave him 12 not 15, but this isn’t right, kids don’t know the law, they think when they hit 18 then can legally possess a firearm, but facts are they can’t posses a handgun I believe until their 21, and they had to be totally free of all juvenile supervisions for at least 3 yrs before their gun rights can be restored. Some violent offenses may be longer. These kids don’t know this thou, they hit 18 and think I’m a adult now my record is cleaned. But that ain’t the case, I was raided for weed plants and a felon in possession in 2020 from a charge in 98’ when I was 17yrs old, (even thou I was not even at the house. No dna on forearm either.) withheld adjudication but I had violated probation with new charge and was adjudicated. Shit I didn’t know it was 22yrs prior. I could have had my rights restored. They Feds wanted 5-7 I got 4 and made it home. Fuck the Feds.
