The benefit of the neck exercises is kind of a way to "train your chin". I know everyone says there's no way to train your chin, but... by strengthening your neck, a lot of that energy absorbed by a blow to the head can be transferred more to your torso, rather than just allow your head to snap back like a bobblehead. This protects your brain a bit from some concussion effects. *PS: obviously grapplers use it for other reasons.

My heart says Ksi, but my brain says Tommy. ksi's training is truly incredible, but is it enough to match the length in which Tommy has boxed for. I believe Ksi has trained harder than Tommy, but experience often prevails, BUT Ksi does have that wild card factor, you never know whats gonna happen with him, he seems to pull wins out of his ass. 9/10 times Tommy on paper should win, but jj always finds that 1/10 on fight night so we'll see. I still think Tommy should win, but lets see on fight night :)
