The determination and commitment JJ shows is crazy. Especially knowing that he doesn't need to do this anymore. I have days where I literally just stay in bed for hours after waking up because I'm just to lazy to get out.
@the_nma5119 Жыл бұрын
that means nothing. you wake up with as a broke mofo. and when you get out you dont have a mansion or millions in your name. he wakes up and trains because he will get paid millions to fight 18 minutes. the fck you on about? stop glazinglike that. you got some mofo that wake up at 5h30 to train before their 9 to 5 to still have nothing end of the month. just to pay for their families. That is determination. not waking up and having a chef cook you 5 meals and 3 personnal trainers. jesus you people are DAFT

This whole thing reminds me of the Jake Paul Tommy fury fight with Jake being “loud” about everything he does and just because Tommy wasn't doing the same thing people would start questioning him on how seriously he takes it. Tommy might come off more light hearted about situations like not being bothered by let's say a big fight coming up and people will call it underestimating. it’s really just a difference between personalities when comparing KSI and Tommy. Tommy doesn’t have to show what he does behind closed doors or act over dramatically just for people to say “okay he does take it serious” like come on man😂

He has changed since, and has become extremely biased (not talking boxing as that is fair enough 😅). The benefit of the neck exercises is kind of a way to "train your chin". I know everyone says there's no way to train your chin, but... by strengthening your neck, a lot of that energy absorbed by a blow to the head can be transferred more to your torso, rather than just allow your head to snap back like a bobblehead. This protects your brain a bit from some concussion effects. *PS: obviously grapplers use it for other reasons.
