It should be noted that the physical and mental challenges do not end with the Hell Week, but rather are a regular part of the KSKs service life. During the total service time of minimum 12 years they will encounter such enormous challenges over and over again during training, exercises and the actual missions and of course they can drop out of the KSK also later on if they cannot keep up. This is likely also the case for any other top special forces around the world. This documentation should make you think twice if special forces are a path you can hope to endure.

American special forces don't like them either. If you just check what kinda guys land in their special forces, none of them would fit the rambo type. Check out Jonny Kim; American guy. 1. Joined the US Navy Seals 2. Went to University of San Diego and Harvard to study medicine. 3. Is an astronaut now. Google his pic and bio - this is so not rambo.

This is cool yet terrifying at the same time, i like it the way the drilling sergeant treat the candidates without a single yell spoken and left them with their own choices, treat them with silent leaves it be and let them take their own consequences.
