In this video, we go over 6 different drills that will help you improve your ball control.
These drills are aimed towards U7, U8 & U9 age groups, but they can be used for older ages too. These drills are designed to incorporate both feet, to help you improve your ball control with both your left and right foot. Being able to use both feet will benefit your game, and help you improve faster.

My son is 11 years old, please give me advice, what is the best practise for my son..

My advice would be as many touches on the ball as possible, drills that incorporate using both feet is a must! Also encourage understanding the game by knowing why certain situations happen. Can learn this from watching games! Most importantly never force anything and make sure he is having fun! Learn the most when having fun 😁

if you are using these drills for little kids you need to show them in slower motion. Little kids cannot do them that fast. I know because my grandkids are learning this stuff but their feet do not move that fast!
