It looks like that tail design is shortening the mast length. Am I wrong? Nice board, though!

Yes it does effectively shorten the mast but I didn't really notice it.

Matt, I bought a Drifter and love it. With the foot straps they sent these little plastic washer thing w a post. Do you know how to use them?

Cool. I am not sure what those things are. I didn't use them on my straps. I'm sure they have a purpose but I couldn't figure it out.

Aloha Matt, I have an opportunity to get Ginxu 2021 82 liter on sale at half price!. I kite surf but never foiled even though I studied foils and a little about boards pre covid as I was really ready to plunge and even was heading to Maui to KT from Australia but unfortunately Maui acomodations are ludicrous. So my weight is 160-165 pounds. Do you recommend buying the 82 Liter ?. I heard you mentioned briefly you started on the 82 but now dropped in size [ however I did not hear to what ? ]. What would be the pros and cons of the 82 liter ?. I have never foiled but I have been kiting on both twin. and directional and I am very fast in learning especially that foiling has been one of my life aspirations. I appreciate your time.

With this board you should go big or small. 82L you can grow into, but that will be a tricky board to start on. Good luck and let us know if we can help at all.
