Being aggressive isn't necessarily a bad trait to have, but combine them with others, then yeah... that's a bad driver. You could have have a passive driver with all these other traits and the result can still be the same... if not worse cause they are the ones that usually "own" the road and cause stressful amounts of traffic by left lane hogging, not letting go of the brakes on green, absent-mindedly changing lanes with no 3 second/500 ft. warning, unwittingly blocking lanes, the list goes on. Aggressive drivers are at least trying to get somewhere.

Aggressive drivers, while being generally rude and disrespectful, are still trying to get somewhere. These people are just people you'd rather getting out of their way... which is what people should be doing anyway instead of trying to challenge their fragile egos, adapting and changing lanes to benefit the flow of traffic. Reckless driving is just forgoing all forms of safety like texting and making calls, looking at your center screen, or going significantly faster than the flow of traffic and cutting lanes, etc.

My theory is the horn is not from the car that got hit, but from the silver car that appeared to be chasing the primary hit-and-run car. That primary car blew through the stop sign, cutting off the SUV and hitting the unsuspecting victims who probably never had a chance to hit their horn. The silver car that is following the primary car then stops honking and appears to attempt a U-turn to continue following.

Not to mention but the dark color Accord left the front bumper there that had their license plate number on it. So they left the scene with leaving evidence on how to find them.

This is fairly common in Los Angeles. Had someone slam into a fire hydrant at 70mph because he didn't hit the bend well enough. A motorcycle driver was killed in a hit and run, don't think they ever found the driver who did it. Have had two separate instances of vehicles turning over after colliding with parked cars. A few pedestrians hit and runs, someone actually honking at a person in a wheelchair who had the right of way to cross, and myself almost being taken out twice by speeding cars at a crosswalk. All on the street I lived on no less.

I lived in LA, someone hit and ran my car (it was parked and I wasn't there). Called the non-emergency line and told what happened, when the cop didn't ask any questions about location/etc. I asked if they would even look into it (garage had cameras so probably could have found perp with some leg work and I told him that) but the cop was honest and said no lol

They either had drugs in the car, warrants, or no license/insurance.

His grandma was probably in the front seat screaming wrong directions while he was driving and caused the accident
