I picked up a new toy the other day: 2021 KTM 350 XC F Kailub Russell Edition. I've put about 80 hours on my 2019 250 XC F and LOVE that bike, but I wanted to try out a middle ground between my YZ450 (Which has too much power for my liking) and the 250 XC F.

I really love the 350 xcf everywhere when the trail flows. It’s not a slow crawling bike like the 2 strokes but man the throttle response is instant and the power is everywhere. It’s all business. Good in the rocks if it’s a shorter section that you can blaze over. Not good like the 2 strokes are in the super long sections of covered rocks though, it gets ruff on that stuff where the 2 strokes perform at their best. I’m very happy with the bike

Beautiful bike Chris, congrats! I was just wondering, why do you need a spark arrester for an out and out off-road bike. I mean, we use it for our vehicles at the oil rig, ...

In order to ride on OHV and national park trails you need a spark arrestor. So basically anywhere that isn't privately owned.

I still got the 2021 250xc-w, just got it back from the dealer so I will get an update after I take it out a few times and see if the problem has been solved.

@@ChrisHornerCycling Way back I made the jump from a 250 Honda to a 750 Honda Shadow and sweated bullets getting it home. Got used to it my next bike was a 1300. got used to that pretty fast and now own a 1800 Honda VTX. Had a chance to ride someone else's 750 and it seemed like a toy... you might experience the same progression. As far as glitches, I live in Bellevue WA and Murphy's Law knows where I live.

I don’t think so. My little guy has got a EE5 though and he loves it but the batteries only get 1.5 hour max on most those electric bikes.
