Hallo The protector on the right rear hits the exhaust part when sitting on the motorcycle. Didn't you have such a problem? exhaust original

I just leave that one off unless you’re using an exhaust that clears it

5:43 Hello, when I install this thing on the rear right side and sit on the engine, the exhaust part hits the installed part. I wonder why I weigh 95 kilos. Ktm Duke 125 2020 model

You’re only supposed to install that one if you have an exhaust that clears it. Something like how the 1st gen dukes where they exit under the bike

I can’t get the rear to fit flush. The black part doesn’t tighten up with the bike and just spins!

I have the KTM branded ones just got them off amazon too and mine are not powerparts. But since you did this video I will ask you a question I have been wondering a while. What is point of slider on right rear under exhaust? Wouldn’t exhaust hit before slider ever had a chance?

Yes infact it would but if the exhaust gets hit so hard that it crushes or rips off...the next thing in line is your swingarm...so you still protect it some

These sliders damaged my front disc.. I got a bend in my disc :( How come that would have happened?

I just got these today and returned them. The black bumper material extends beyond the end of the inside metal going on the main front fork bolt it replaces. This, I couldn't torque it properly. Also... And this may be your prob. The metal is BARELY large enough to not drop into the fork hole. It's possible it stressed and bent, this not holding that part of the spindle straight, etc... These things are potentially deadly. He removed higher quality parts for lower quality.

I have the same ones that was on your bike before. However I have almost 200 pounds and the rear right one was scraping on the exhaust pipe. I end up removing it from there.

Now that you mention it. My rear right one had some scraping on it too. I didn't even think of the exhaust being the suspect.
